And he KNOWS he will lose his seat if we re-district.

Note for Non Jersey Folks -

NJ has to change the state const. to have a mid-decade re-district. That requires 3 months public notice. With Sherrill (last I saw) only up 6% we can't afford this discussion until November 5th.
