New York attorney general urges FERC to examine Constitution's alleged illegal actions

DETROIT (Legal Newsline) — New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman has announced his office has petitioned the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to look into Constitution Pipeline Company’s (Constitution) alleged violations of federal law.

They have done a lot of work on the infrastructure already.

Access roads, some tree cutting, very messy.

All done before approval.
