Seven candidates vying for four seats on Canal Winchester City Council in Nov. 4 election

Canal Winchester voters this fall will choose from seven candidates vying for four seats on city council.

Incumbents Laurie Amick and Patrick Shea are seeking reelection and are being challenged by Hanna Adella Detwiler, Shane Finkle, James Holter, Chuck Milliken and David Payne.

Ohio's general election is Nov. 4, with polls open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Voters also may cast their ballots early at the Franklin County Board of Elections, 1700 Morse Road.
