Officials identify 2 adults, 2 children in apparent triple murder-suicide in Okmulgee County

MORRIS — The four people who were found dead Tuesday morning in an apparent triple murder-suicide have been identified.

The state Medical Examiner’s Office on Friday identified the dead as Andrew Lyle Casey, 30; Jacqueline Casey, 31; Anna Casey, 6; and Lilly Casey, 1.

Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office investigators suspect that the family members died in a triple homicide-suicide.

Messages left since Thursday with the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the incident, have not been returned. Deputies stated previously that they are not looking for suspects in the killings.
