So much for all that conservative value stuff. No sex education and/or only abstinence-only sex education simply isn't working. What's worse, the teens aren't learning anything from the first go round.

whether they get sex education or birth control or not? But how did they figure out the wing-wang goes in the who-ha? Surely their parents explained how if you have sex before marriage, your going straight to hell and your going to get the pregnant and give birth to a demon child? Whats that you say, sex is a natural part of life and kids don't need it explained to them to know they want to do it? NO BLASPHEMOUS!!!
