Pat Summitt to step down

Eight months after disclosing her diagnosis of early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, Pat Summitt announced Wednesday that she will step aside as the Tennessee women’s basketball coach, making way for longtime assistant Holly Warlick take over the Lady Vols.

It will give Tenn some stability for a while, but it is really postponing the inevitable. If Holly Warlick fails or doesn't meet the Tenn fans' expectations with national championships, will Pat retire completely? I can't see any incoming head coach wanting Pat in the teams "back seat."
