Victoria County still searching for an elections administrator
VICTORIA, Texas - No replacement has been locked in for the Victoria County Elections Administrator.
Current administrator Margetta Hill is set to retire next month.
County commissioners were expected to name her replacement at this Monday morning’s meeting, but the candidate backed out of the offer.
According to hill, the elections committee will meet again early next week to find another candidate they feel will be a good fit.
