"He sold vaccine cards and injected kids with saline so they thought they were vaccinated. There are no rules anymore"

Last edited Sun Jul 13, 2025, 09:02 AM - Edit history (1)

There are probably lots of state charges in here. It’s Utah, so it’s hard to say what will happen.

I can't imagine that health insurance providers are going to be falling all over each other to have this practice included in their provider networks.

He charged insurance companies for services he did not perform. Last time I checked, that??s insurance fraud.

If you’re Injecting your patient with something other than what you’re telling them you’re injecting them with, it is malpractice.

But sure, let him go. 🙄

UTAH POLICE/COURTS | THE WEST
Charges dropped for Utah doctor accused of selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards

Published: July 12, 2025, 4:07 p.m. MDT

By Cassidy Wixom, KSL.com

Criminal charges will be dropped against a Utah plastic surgeon already on trial for allegedly destroying vaccines and giving out fake vaccination cards during the COVID-19 pandemic.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi on Saturday ordered the Department of Justice to dismiss all charges against Michael Kirk Moore Jr., his business — the Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah — and his neighbor, Kristin Jackson Andersen, who was also allegedly involved. … “Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today,” Bondi said in a post on the social platform X.

Moore, his business and his neighbor were accused of conducting a scheme in which they sold false COVID-19 vaccination record cards to individuals who did not want the vaccine. Critics of the vaccine have rallied around Moore, arguing that he shouldn’t face any jail time.

His trial started Monday and immediately gained national recognition. On Tuesday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., announced that she had written a letter to the Department of Justice, asking that all charges against Moore be dropped.

… suffer lifetime side effects from the disease they thought they were getting vaccinated against, and
maybe dying but Bondi is so fucked up that she says the guilty party is the federal government. America
can not last very much longer with this insanity in our government.

For a group that claims to want to go after Medicare fraud, this seems like a hypocritical action.

Those shots were paid out at over $100 a dose early in the pandemic by the feds covered under the ACA.

Sickening...simply sickening

I see more than one charge here.
One says he issued fake vaccination cards during Covid to people who didn't get the vaccine. Of course, all kinds of problems with this but at least I understand the motivation and why the Trump administration would support his stance. This is about protesting the mandate.

Other charges listed above are:
Injection kids with saline so they thought they were vaccinated. How does anyone of any political persuasion support this? Even the anti-vaccine people would want to KNOW they are not vaccinated. Where is choice in this practice if the people receiving the fake vaccine don't know what they are getting?

Charging insurance companies for vaccines they aren't getting. Is this what Pam Bondi means by choice? How is that not fraud by anyone's definition? Even if you agree with this guy not giving vaccines, how do you make an insurance company pay for his not vaccines?

So is the guy charged with all 3 of these things, or just giving out fake vaccination cards during Covid?

Bondi talks about choice.

If you are under 65 and healthy; they are not giving you a choice on updated COVID vaccines in the fall.

all the MD's and DO's get together and get the AMA to go after any Politician that backs anything medical bullshit, and file a class action lawsuit for practicing medicine without a license............AND recommend to the State Licensing Boards that conduct like this should result in pulling the Dr's Medical License in that state with reciprocity across all states....

At worst, all the legitimate, law abiding physicians should run ads in the largest local newspapers where the corrupt Dr. practices, spelling out the Fraud the Dr. Committed and all the different misconducts he did.........

If Bondi etc are tied up, with lawsuits, maybe they will get national publicity for what they have done, and it will detract them from doing as much crap.........

Obviously, he probably committed fraud with Medicare, Medicaid, and countless private insurance companies........raise hell with each of them also.

He SOLD vaccination cards to people who did not want the Covid vaccine, but who probably needed proof so they could go back to their jobs -- where they likely spread Covid to unwitting people who deserved to be protected: in nursing homes, dental offices, health clinics. After SELLING those cards, he administered shots of saline solution, which cost him almost NOTHING, then billed insurance companies for the real vaccine, which he purposely destroyed.
THIS guy is a MAGA hero, but they want to put Dr. Fauci in prison!
They sure love their grifting slimeballs!
(Oh, and I'm sure this Doctor PAID -- donated to -- our Supreme Slimeball)

I'd guess equal parts selfishness wanting access to society with the bogus cards but it was also described as actual saline shots to fool kids who wanted the protection. That is extra evil as those kids either wanted protection for them selves, loved ones or just didn't want to spread it in public.

by having "phony" vaccinated people running around in places where they should have been restricted but were allowed access because of a phony vaccination card? At the very least he willingly and knowingly performed unnecessary medical procedures on children. It does not matter if the parents gave permission. His license should be gone forever. I see the hand of Brain Worm behind this too.
