Election 2025: Pair running for Hospital District 304 seat
Germaine Kornegay and Ellen de Jong are running against each other Nov. 4 for a seat on the United General Hospital District 304 Board of Commissioners.
The district provides programs designed around health and well-being for residents in parts of Skagit and Whatcom counties.
Both candidates supplied responses to a questionnaire provided by the Skagit Valley Herald.
Ballots will be mailed Oct. 15
