and every now and then glancing at the Bucks score. With everything such a mess I feel guilty, but I really need a break. It is in the upper 60's, the husband is grilling, perfect Wisconsin spring weather. Tomorrow back down to the 40's.

The can says 5% of all our profits go to the Minocqua Brewing Company superpac, or "dark money meant for good". Good beer and a good cause.

Good beer and good cause. Many thanks to Kirk Bangstad, owner of Minocqua Brewing Company, for taking on the "good ole boys" up north Wisconsin. He ran against our gerrymandered, don't-give-a-shit-about-you assembly guy, and called him out for not doing Anything about Covid (except obstruct Governor Evers and our public health department). Wis Legislature did not meet for nine months, as Covid raged. They still do nothing for the people of Wisconsin.

3. Still Trump flags in the north woods. My family and friends are big backers of MBC.

Not easy being blue in the north woods of Wisconsin. I have tons of respect for their perseverance.

It is a beautiful day in northern VA. I am sitting on my deck drinking a Virgil’s root beer after mowing the lawn.
