has managed to consolidate **99 PERCENT** of the Democratic vote in #wi03. Has that ever happened?

That's probably a little extra motivation for Dems.
99% is pretty remarkable, so it would be surprising if it's happening anywhere else. Some are no doubt close. 95% is a solid number for party support in many races. Biden got 95% in 2020.
