It really annoys me that you can't carry pepper spray/mace in Wisconsin

but you can carry a gun.

How does this make any sense at all. Mace will deter an attacker, but will not kill anyone. Its temporary. What's wrong with this picture?

I would have to drive to MN or IL to get it. I have bear spray which I bought for camping, but its a pretty big can, and its illegal. You can spray a bear, but not a rapist.

(Unless the rapist is actually a bear.)

Wisconsin allows 18 yr.olds to carry with a permit, with school ground restrictions.

And lord knows how many years I carried mace/pepper spray when I *used* to visit the state. Those making either substance don't contribute enough to pukes running for office, pure and simple.
So all guns all the time but the universities in WI are on a downhill slide. WI used to have much better roads than IL, operative words used to.
