Instead of being pro active. The thinking process is not in gear when $$ talks instead of reality. Its maddening how backwards we can be

if they put solar panels on their roofs. But GOP does not want public schools to do well. They only like money when it goes to the right wing.

Mostly from insurance companies and of course, our governor, who has banned certain words from official records pertaining to climate. Just nuts
