Their trucks will lose their registrations and the participants and drivers will have their licenses revoked.

Let them have to get lawyers to contest these actions. Tie them up for months with legal actions. Inconvience them for as long as this can be strung out.

It will be hell for them not to be able to drive or work for months or a year.
