Could the Democrats win the 2026 TX US Senate Election if Cornyn retires?

Colin Allred narrowly loses to Ted Cruz in 2024 then runs for Cornyn’s US Senate seat in 2026.

The Republican candidates for Cornyn’s seat.
TX US Representatives Michael Cloud or Michael McCaul.

Democrats could also get Lizzie Fletcher to run for Governor.

Unless a Democrat can somehow run as a repub, with an (R) next to their name, it seems unlikely in TX.
