It's a presidential year, obviously, so turnout will be higher than in a non-presidential year. So not as much room to improve.

What can Democrats do NOW to increase our voter base, particularly in the last 6 states you listed?

I'm thinking

  1. Identify unregistered voters (likely supporters of course) and get them registered

  2. Mail-in ballot signup where relevant (5 of the last 6 listed states have no-excuse absentee voting*)

It is very early but one of the most powerful things we can do, irrespective of candidate, is identify our very likely supporters, and insure they cast their votes.
