Did Microsoft 10 scrub my Internet Explorer?

I need Internet explorer to access some of my devices. The upgrade just started on its own. I even selected the option that would give Cortana the least amount of control over my computer, and the option is still on the bar to ask Cortana anything. How do I get things back to the way they were before? Or, at least, how do I get rid of Cortana, and how do I access Internet Explorer?

Search for internet explorer it will pop right up.

The default in 10 is edge but IE is still there.
