Resolution question.

I am going to attempt to explain this. I'm pretty darn good at puter stuff, but this has me baffled.

I just purchased and installed a new computer and monitor. The graphics card is a RTX 3070 and the monitor is a Benq PD2700U.

When I go to display properties(and the Nvidia settings), it shows the recommended resolution as 3840 x 2160, which is where it is set.
But, when I go to Speccy, my current and working resolution shows up as 1920 x 1080.

Which am I actually seeing?

Thanks

I've found that no matter how bizarre your computer problem, how mangled a search query you type, someone on the internet has had the same problem.
