Resolution Issue.
I'm running Windows 10 on a 3 year year old Dell laptop and use Google as my browser. My issue only appears on DU. My resolution settings are 150% at 1440/900. I bring up a post on Du that has a link to another DU post. When I click on that link it appears in a much smaller resolution that's difficult to read.
I've gone in and adjusted the settings to my preference, but it doesn't appear to make a difference after I reboot.
I'm not tech savvy so any help would be appreciated.

(24,012 posts)But when you have DU open, can you press control + to make everything appear larger and if its too big press control - to make it smaller? Thats worked for me Im curious if it works for you.

For example:

https://upload.democraticunderground.com/109529585
Stick with the www subdomain. Sometimes people post upload links.

(8,487 posts)Set page or font size for all webpages
You can change the size of everything on the webpages you visit, including text, images, and videos, or you can change only the size of the font.
Note: Some websites don't let browsers change only the text size. For those sites, Chrome wont be able to adjust the font size.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
Under "Appearance," make the changes you want:
Change everything: Next to "Page zoom," click the Down arrow Down arrow. Then select the zoom option you want.
Change font size: Next to "Font size," click the Down arrow Down arrow. Then select the font size you want. You can also change more font options by clicking Customize fonts.
