I need to update my website, which was done professionally

on a wordpress platform. Alternatively, I could start from scratch. I am having challenges finding locals to do it, affordably. Every time I try to use a remote website builder it becomes a mess.

How hard is it really to make my own? I have about 4 pages; I provide a service (no sales); I have a few media clips I'd like to update from time to time.

It's the old time / money conundrum. Right now I have more time than money.

TIA!

I'd watch a couple of the free wordpress tutorials on youtube to learn how to do it yourself.

If you want a whole new look, a new theme & layout, then it depends on how technical you are. If you're having problems with website builders, then you might want to hire someone more technical.

Also did one for a friend at Site123

(once I get the domain fixed and updated I can link. Hadn't revisited it for a while and now I went back in and had to do a bunch of housekeeping, since my friend and I hadn't finished everything before lol)

hope this helps!
