... be blocked. And still I get hit on by N.D. asking me if I missing them. Do not open that email.

open each message. I never subscribed in the first place. No idea how they got me.

Is there a procedure to update your email address?

I'd suggest updating their idea of your email address to use a nonsense address that just bounces. Or if it requires a valid email address before updating, set up a new email account (maybe a temporary gmail account), switch it over and then just close (or ignore) that new email account.

Likely too much work to just avoid the spam, but maybe worth it
