DU posts with Tweet used to display the tweet, now there is only a link

which I have to click to display the tweet on Twitter, so the original DU post is no longer displayed.
Windows 10, Firefox.

Any ideas how to switch back?

1. I'm seeing tweets in posts at the moment

Sometimes there is a long delay and I think it is my poor connection.

Posted links are occasionally done incorrectly and they will not resolve.

There is no switch that I know of and I'm on Win 10 and the latest Firefox. It is possible that there is a security setting blocking them, but I don't know details.

2. They take longer to show up on the older operating systems.

I have an old MacBook I use sometimes and things like that are much slower, you have to wait for it.

open the options in the menu drop down at the top right

in the content blocking choose standard. See if that does it.

Btw, reply 4 there about the My Account setting under Preferences on DU doesn't seem to affect whether tweets appear when you look at a post. It's for the little tabs in the lower left corner of OPs, to the right of DU Rec.

4. Right click the link

Right click the link then click open in a new tab your DU tab will remain intact.

I'm wanting to return to the prior environment. I have no idea what caused Tweets to no longer display with the DU post.

after following prior suggestions, I cannot get back the prior DU behaviour.
