For some time, all my Google maps have appeared entirely black.

I'm using Firefox 143.0.4 on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 -- pretty outdated, but everything was working OK until a few weeks ago. Several Firefox updates haven't helped. Sometimes a normal map will show up for a few seconds, then goes entirely black. Occasionally, linked maps from other sources show up OK, but any attempt to enlarge the maps or go directly to Google maps gets me a big black rectangle -- eventually, with helpful controls to zoom, use street view, etc. but still all black map.

Any idea where this is broken ? Turning Ublock Origin on and off doesn't help. My only other extensions are Tab Session Manager and udm=14.
