the single payer forum is very dusty & I constantly hear crickets. I'm glad Kucinich is running for Governor in OH.. I'll check in periodically but I don't expect much movement, his politics don't mesh well here @ DU anymore..

He spoke out against the war in Iraq and was called "unpatriotic" for his efforts. And even though he didn't get the nomination, he hung in there and spoke out on the tough issues which forced others to address them too. Of course I voted for Kerry and was devastated when I woke up to the news he'd conceded. Dan Rather had said on the late news that it would take at least 10 days to count the provisional ballots. But my heart belonged to Dennis, and he was quite popular here.
