Trump’s first promise was on taking down inflation.
So where are we today? The reality is that, on average, families paid over $2,000 more in 2025 because of inflation under Donald Trump.
And here’s the crazy part. When Trump first came into office, inflation was trending down. This should’ve been a slam dunk for Trump. - 01/30/2026.
