PETA offers $5,000 reward for info leading to safe recovery of missing, abused Portland dog

Have you seen this Portland, Oregon. dog?
We're offering up to $5,000 as a reward for information leading to the location and safe return of this animal, who was abused before disappearing.
The dog is surely frightened and traumatized and may be seriously injured or confined without food or water.
We don't currently know the age, name , or sex of the dog, who apparently is a black, medium sized shorthair breed.
(The dog was) last seen in the 500 block of N.E. Holladay Street on August 2 but may be far away from this area now.
Please, if you have any information, come forward immediately so that this dog can get the care he or she urgently needs.

A suspect in the case, Isaak Booker Justham, was reportedly arrested on August 17 and charged with three felony counts of first degree aggravated animal abuse.
