2. Did posts from this forum land on the Latest when they were created on DU2?

I was surprised to see a post from the Vegetarian forum on the Latest page on DU3. I know the Veg forum posts didn't hit the Latest on the DU2. Did they on this forum? Because they do now.

I realize our forums have rules, but I would not post an original thread on some topics, knowing it's going to land on the Latest.
