Dealing with Sexual Harassment

At the workplace

Even when it is from your own family that lets it go on, know it went on, and you are still so needed...

...and your harasser is needed, even though he is diminished in standing.

In order to make the cogs turn.

I told my mother that if the man that grabbed my breast and rubbed his erection on me interfered while I was doing my computer technology work at the firm, I would shriek loudly, and break his nuts. He has no right to do that, especially when I am at the workplace my parents own. I will not put up with it, and I will not stay there for more than 30 minutes in any case.

Your own family sometimes puts profits over feelings and over people. You might know why, but it doesn't make you feel any less disgusted. What it does do is empower you that if your own family won't protect you, you pick up the biggest pipe you can find, and protect yourself.

My family owns an automotive business and I am going into the office to fix some computers. The next person that puts his erection on my body will have a concussion.

on my back porch and I never dreamed it would happen on Christmas Day.

The guy is still employed there, scares the shit out of me, and that's pretty much that.

She definitely would have fired him.

I am so sorry that happened to you. All of it.

If you do something worse in retaliation then you'll be the one in the wrong. Instead, have the man arrested for sexual assault and do thing the right way instead of the Republican way.

as a family, cornered me on the patio, and did such things. My mother knows, she hates him, but he's necessary.

I refuse to go over to there now, and have since it happened. I have to go in the middle of the day, though, this time, and I am doing it for the business.

Don't tell me about arrests.

People have a right to defend themselves, including cracking him a good kick in the testicles. A woman defending themselves isn't the "Republican Way." If so, then any woman taking a self-defense class is in the wrong.

He's a registered sex offender because of inappropriate contact with a 13 year old girl. He's a piece of crap, and I didn't know this before, but like I said, I have to go over there tomorrow and he will never get near me without a length of pipe being in my hands.

You might want to delete that post because it isn't going to look good to law enforcement if something does happen to the guy.

I have no intention of seeking this individual out.

I also have no intention of letting this individual get me by myself again, and victimize me.

If you think that is something that is illegal, go right ahead and try to scare women with it. This woman is not afraid to go forth, do a job, and take care that she is protecting herself. If forced to protect herself, she will.

Bring on some law enforcement.

13. Why? She has a right to defend herself

She isn't going to prison because she 1. wrote on DU she would defend herself from a sex offender, and 2. defends herself from a sex offender, even with pipe. I know what state she lives in, and the law is on her side.

and you feel you have to use force, call the police immediately, OK? Don't just belt him and walk out. Let the authorities handle it, otherwise you may wind up being reported as the attacker.

Be safe.

And, she legally has a right to stop him, and then call LEO. He has already assaulted her, battered her, and sexually assaulted her.

Women take self defense classes for a reason.
