former doctor's name and found he had to retake his medical exam after being caught cheating the first time.
I fired him. A few years ago, the Republicans in WV were complaining about frivolous medical lawsuits. I remember the
opposition had a web site listing medical lawsuits of WV doctors. There were many doctors that had been sued
multiple times while others with the same specialty had never been sued. I mean one surgeon gets sued 20 times and
another one, something is wrong there.

their insurance company would roll over and pay if the lawsuit cost more than the payout.
They said they did not do anything wrong but the insurance company paid out anyway..uff
