What scenes bug you in movies?

I have two:
1. When people open up the fridge and drink right out of the milk container.
2. After shaving, instead of rinsing their faces, guys ALWAYS wipe off the shaving cream with a dry towel.

3. couldnt stand the laugh track fron the 19 70s /80s and 90s

remember watching happy days and i forget what epi and mr bosley goes , what was so funny about that .
liked mash but there was one epi that the laugh track got turned off. i guess ppl complained . idk

4. Dark ones

Where I can't see who is doing what to whom.

6. Exactly... the pitch dark cinematography has made so many movies barely watchable in the theaters...

But totally unwatchable on the small screen. And tv increasingly follows the same lead. Makes me miss the days of analog bands when tv audio could be "streamed" on its own band on small analog radios. Hell, if you can't SEE the video to begin with, may as well give us a way to just listen--cheaply.

5. The heroes running to their car to either catch a bad guy or

get away from one, and they always have their car keys ready and the car unlocks and starts.

They always find a parking spot right where they need it.

A female character running away from a bad guy always trips and falls down.

Conversations abruptly ending when a character just walks away.

Smart-ass children.

7. Gratuitous and demeaning sex scenes where women

are backed onto counters and desks and ravished, or another fave, in a public bathroom, or in a hallway up against the wall. I could go on.
Romance is dead.
What woman thinks this is sexy or a good idea?

While I'm at it... do we have to hear every grunt and groan?... we know what they're doing.

19. Not eating

This not eating the food they prepared or bought has bothered me forever. The Gilmore Girls was a horrible example of this, although I adored that rapid fire banter. If you ever watch any ( or at least the ones I've see ) in kdramas they eat and drink like real people and excuse themselves to use the bathroom!

11. Microphones that feed back

In most every comedy movie, if a character steps up to a microphone it feeds back as they begin speaking 😀

Apparently the foot of every single driver killed in a Hollywood movie clamps down on the accelerator until the car hits something.

13. People who walk into a dark house

and use flashlights, don't even try to turn the lights on.

Children who ignore their parents' direction and barge into a dangerous situation "trying to help" and make it ten times worse!!

14. In older films: a driver who exits a car via the passenger side. And movie computers.

The download times are fast and the software is always compatible.

15. In the same scene, two people are hiking/running through the woods or working outdoors,

Man wears a shirt and jacket and the woman wears a skin tight low cut tank top. Mr. D and I used to call this the “sci-fi uniform” back when he watched a lot of movies on the sci-fi network.

Clark is wearing a lambswool vest and flannel plain shirt. Jane is in a short sleeved off the shoulder peasant blouse.

16. When multiple sprinkler heads go off at once (fire suppression)

They just don't work that way.

Cars screech away on gravel, snow, mud et al.
Character calls a cell phone and gets a busy signal.
Character goes to the sink for a glass of water and turns on the hot tap.
Character is awakened, called into work unexpectedly and doesn't even brush their teeth.

21. People being chased by cars or trucks

Who run away in straight lines and on a smooth road. They rarely run on the sidewalk, run in sharp turns, or get behind a sign or divider. And why do they even stay on the smooth road when the ditches on the side of the road or forest are obvious obstructions to vehicles.

33. The 'irrational teenage daughter' trope.

(Sometimes the daughter happens to be the son, but that is pretty rare and still annoying.)
This is generally a massively lazy plot device. Also it is misogynist.

The ITD, for example, is told to not go out because 'the bad guys' are going to strike, but ITD has to go to the mall to see her friends. The bad guys capture ITD. Plot moves forward. Viewer stops watching.

Always a huge separate kitchen which hardly exists in real life.

Always chaotic. All eating. All gonna be late. Mother always dressed to a tee, scrambling to feed and rush people out.
