The Curious Case of Natalie Grace.

Watched this on Netflix, I think, a couple of years ago. The 3rd season? is now on MAX. 2 thoughts. (1) What a fucked up situation for all parties involved. (2) Why am I watching this?

1. There's a 3rd season? I was kinda let down by the truth. She wasn't the real life Orphan from the movie.

Is the 3rd season recent?

2. It's on MAX and a continuation. I think the same production company.

1/2 way thru and this is still a dark piece of non-fiction.

4. The ending surprised me. Worth a watch.

That first episode about Bam Majera and the Free Brittany movement is nuts. The internet can be a truly scary place.

3. I would, however, nominate Nicole Depaul, as mother-human Person of the Year.

She is awesome.

It's a shame they were not able to adopt Natalia early on.

8. I was gob-smacked by Nicole.

She was truly one of the most impactful persons I have seen on "reality" TV. Not a performance, a person speaking from her heart.

But the ending is happyish, thankfully.

That poor girl...the story/documentary is so weird. Especially Act 1.

And horrible that anyone could do what was done to that poor child. Admittedly I had no idea what to believe initially.
