5. It is either part of your internet security package or possibly an add-on to mask your internet

individual IP address. If you have a major internet security package (like Norton or Bitdefender, MacAfee, etc) an update might have activated one...

it's basically a network of its own and some VPN parameters may be interfering w/ your Netflix in running on your platform.

I'd say that the chances of you being on a VPN are zero, since you aren't aware of a VPN on your digital platform.

When I try to continue watching it won't load. And there's virtually no way to get help from Netflix.

Check the source of your feed. I'm guessing it's an internet connection issue.
