I am find issues with YouTube TV....

I really like it in the beginning, a few years ago...cost was around $50....now it is $ 89.00 monthly.... way too many long commercials, the shows for me are duplicate since I have various apps like Peacock, Netflix, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney Plus, HBO/Max....I also have Prime firestick... Yea, spending way too much money...

I do enjoy the easy access with YouTube TV for sports and walking dead universe is 24/7.....I stopped watching all cable news, I have an antenna if I want local news which is now more corporate propaganda information and reports on rapes, murders and car accidents...so don't need that...except for morning traffic report which I can get on line...

I use to love Food Network but now this has evolved into just playing with food games verses real pride in cooking food...YpuTube TV is loaded with odie tv shows and reality tv shows that do nothing to keep my attention....

PBS is fantastic!

So, I'm going to drop a lot of this tv baggage... I see a big saving update soon...dump Peacock, Disney Plus, YouTube TV for starters....

Anyone else caught up in this overload of media crap? Plus, with all these mergers and dropping shows like Harry Potter, no more star trek....for starters....

they make me dizzy so I thought I would post this here...see what others are doing ...I need to step out and go to a meeting....I will be back...

That will give you the background noise you want for free.

I just won't give those fuckers my money or my time.

Week One of the NFL season through to the Super Bowl. It's a good way to spread out the high monthly subscription fee. I get to see the Work Series too. And college football.

17. I also like the unlimited storage. Helps to buzz through commercial breaks.

Record a football game but start watching about 40 minutes late. Skip through commercials in about half of the time, catching up to live coverage late in the fourth quarter.

As a bonus, I get MSNBC and Turner Classic Movies.

Kanopy. They're free apps and if you like PBS, you'll find a lot in both of them to love.

this gives Fox a massive gateway to living rooms... So many already have Roku TV's and Roku sticks.....This Roku deal will set us back 10 yeas of educating people to not watch Fox.

13. My wife and I subscribe to two or three no-advertising streaming services at a time.

We watch those and DVDs, nothing else. No broadcast, no cable, no satellite, nothing with advertising. I also block ads that move or make sound on my computers.

What we're not spending on video media we probably spend on books and electronic newspaper subscriptions.

We read all our news.
