I got breast cancer at 62, I just turned 73. I have no children.
My friend and coworker got breast cancer at 45. She was finally married to the right guy (it took a few tries). She had a grandchild and a 14 yo son. She died at 46. She had good treatment, but got the wrong kind of cancer. She was diagnosed a few months before me and cried when I told her about mine.
It is truly a crapshoot.

Back atcha with the love.
I don't have cancer, as far as I can tell, but family members did and do.
