Cancer survivor due for reauthorization in May

I was diagnosed in 1990 with follicular lymphoma.

It returned in 2003 and 2019 as DLBCL.

When it returned in 2019, I went through 4 different therapies over 2 years.
All failed to provide a complete remission.
The fifth treatment of Monjuvi and Revlimid worked.
I have been in remission for 2.5 years.

Following advise of my oncologist, I continue maintenance treatments of Monjuvi every 3 weeks.
In May, I am due for reauthorization for treatments.
Unfortunately, I do not trust my insurer.
In 2021, they approved Monjuvi, rescinded approval a few weeks later.
Fortunately, it was reversed under appeal.

Wished we had a better healthcare system in this country.
