Medical Injury no one understands

Anyone been the victim of injury by a medical provider? I have and finding an attorney is impossible. Now I'm getting chin tingling. My partner tells me the dr is doing his best.

Drs aren't perfect. You can't sue. I probably won't be able to sure bc its just me describing the symptoms. His push on my jaw seems to have moved my skull and nerves. I keep thinking its resolving and new symptoms come around. Headaches. Tingling. Ears ring.

I'm seriiously thinking of just chucking it all. Except for DU, I have no support system at all.

I spent my own cash on this too. Its not like it was paid by insurance

Medical malpractice cases are often difficult but there are lawyers who specialize in them. Have you looked here? https://www.floridabar.org/public/lrs/ Suing the dentist won't make the problem go away, though - you might consider alternative remedies, nothing weird, but acupuncture does work for some conditions. Meditation helps relieve stress, and stress contributes to pain. Cannabis gummies? Wish I could help, but you do have friends here if that's worth something.

My "partner" is not very helpful. He sucks actually. I started getting scared when the head aches started. I thought it would just be ear pain and ringing.

I found one person across the state who handled dental malpractice. He said he was forwarding it to his colleague. I'm so scared. I envision growing pain and suffering. Dentist blowing me off. Friends and family don't under stand. Partner basically told me shut up abt it.

You will need to see a different dentist to get a diagnosis. The remedy involves wearing a mouth guard night and day for a while until your jaw realigns.

I had TMJ years ago from my toddler jumping suddenly in my lap and hitting the bottom of my jaw, forcing the joint (under the ear) out of alignment. It resulted in terrible pain, as if I had an ear infection. Took several months to get a diagnosis from a dentist who specializes in TMJ. He took an X-ray and confirmed that my jaw joint no longer had enough space between the bones and would need to be widened with a mouth guard/splint.

Went to a specialist. Treatment was going great until he reapplied plastic into my front teeth by pushing really hard. I'm having all sorts of problems now, he's denying it ( push wasnt hard enuf, jaw is stable) and their treating me like a neurotic nut. Totally denying they did anything. I'm terrified. I think its resolving and a new weird thing happens

Stayed getting scared at the headaches. Jaw still sore. Now lower jaw tingling. Its been about 2 months since he pushed it hard.
