as rainy season sets in, i will be halting my outdoor walking , i will be walking up and down my

apartment complex hallway. i also do other excercises .

I had a great-aunt who walked the halls of her senior center every day. She lived to be 105.

...but our weather issue is just the opposite; the track has AC while it's 110F+ outside. Twelve laps to the mile in a middle lane.

more to come this afternoon so i will grab this window in time to walk. i also march in place as well
