My therapist just called to check up on me

I didn't sugar coat how I'm feeling. He keeps assuring me that we will get through this. Some people will. Me? I'm skeptical.

I mentioned to him that, right now, stress is competing with anxiety to knock me down and because of the stress, my blood pressure is just not responding to my medication. Fortunately I have an appointment on the 18th with my new NP.
