Im not depressed. I refuse to let being chronically horrified by Trump put any sort of label on me.

We take our ARRP naps daily being retired. Incidentally I was tired yesterday so today I'm retired.

But they are a very useful buffer against the horrors of the day!
It feels very good to lie down with a cozy comforter, and all the phones turned off! The nap restores my equanimity for the rest of the day!

They lift my mood for a little while. Then the depression comes back, but that little reprieve is welcome.
