Hi there, cousin

This is my first post in A&G, which is a video outlining the fate of my ancestral relatives of Clan Lamont. Obviously,, some escaped the Dunoon Massacre, or I wouldn’t be here to tell this tale. I’m descended from a woman and her three sons who escaped to Ulster and changed their surnames to avoid further retribution from Clan Campbell. The son from whom I’m descended took the surname Young, which was his mother’s maiden name. The narrator makes some good points about longstanding feuds and their consequences that ring true especially clearly today.

Spoiler alert: it’s all the fault of the English! Additionally, some of the narration describes horrific suffering and death, so be forewarned.
