Warm tomato salad with tapenade dressing.
The dressing has black olives, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, capers, garlic, a little agave and olive oil. It's served over sliced cherry tomatoes and butter lettuce.
Chicken salad with dried cranberries and almonds on a croissant.
Cranberry kombucha.
Dessert: pear and Brie with fig and sesame artisan crackers. Hot tea--ginger, turmeric, peach.

(1,354 posts)Steam-fried in sesame oil and veggie broth: chopped onions, bok choy, sliced carrots, sliced cabbage, minced ginger and garlic. Added more broth, snow peas, sliced mushrooms, tofu cut into small cubes, tamari and hot pepper flakes and chopped scallions. I then added Thai brown rice noodles that I cooked separately. Hot and delicious. Cheers!🥂
