What's for Dinner, Fri., March 21, 2025

Cassava chips with artichoke jalapeno dip.

Lo mein noodles with cabbage, red pepper, carrot, and creminis. Topping will be chopped scallion and toasted sesame seeds.

Kombucha: mulberry.

Dessert: fudgesicle bar and decaf coffee.

from yesterday’s birthday party. I love to reheat it slice by slice in the air fryer and achieve that crispy crust. Pizza had vegan cheese, mushrooms, onions, and black olives. As a side I steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped red onion, shallots and plenty of organic spinach. Perfect side dish. Cheers!🥂
