Later this morning, I'll be fixing a toasted bagel with lox cream cheese spread with onions & tomatoes, hot tea.

1. Homemade chicken vegetable soup.

Fresh baked buttered bread or saltines.

Extra sharp cheddar cheese on the top or served on the side.

Iced cold Pepsi.

4. Peach tea

Mandarins, agave, and chopped mint. Pecans, toasted.

Pita bread, warmed and served with olive oil butter.

6. Is it still breakfast if it's... almost 4:00?

Yikes. How did this happen? Lazy holiday and a good book, I guess.

It's practically dinner, anyway: scrambled tofu, WW waffles, and vegan sausages with proper maple syrup.

Will counteract this extravagance with ice cold watermelon once I have room to fill the chinks. 😋

LOL. My family may be Scots but I don’t think I could even do fake blood sausage.
