(5,706 posts)'The Groove Tube' and 'Kentucky Fried Movie' were probably instrumental in helping to instill a totally sick sense of humor in me.
For those too young to have experienced the culture around this...The 4th of July Heritage Loaf bit was a take-off on a bunch of TV shows sponsored by Kraft, involving various recipes using their products. The Groove Tube bit wasn't really that far off from the reality that was 60's TV.
