I made some rice. Also made cucumber kimchi, which turned out pretty good. Refreshing.

I have a/c, but sometimes it isn't enough. My daughter got me a neck fan last year, with a charger. It helps a lot and runs a long time on a full charge.

Had to look that up. Lol

Here is link that explains it:

https://www.atlasroofing.com/asphalt-life/improving-air-quality-one-roof-at-a-time

No financial interest in Atlas or any other roofing company. Only sharing info.

And it only cost about $4k more than regular shingles.

The foil radiant barrier was dirt cheap. I think I paid about $130 for a roll of foil that was almost big e ough to do my entire house.

Good up to 130 mph, 50 yr warranty. And 3M Scotchgard protects against staining.

Call Atlas & talk to them. They will put a rech person on the phone to chat with you.

Try that with GAF roofing, Atlas's major competitor. Fucking dismissive pricks!

I've had my roof for a few yrs & absolutely love it!

Wtf do people put dark colored roofs on their homes?

This roof will not lower your ins rate because the "impact" rating is just under what ins cos are looking for. All that said, we typically have at least one and often several violent storms / week & the roof is intact & looking gorgeous.

The project mgr lives in my neighborhood * I literally tell him how much I love it & thank him every time I see him.

Can't tell you how much these products have saved me on electric because they kerp raising rates. I will ask gs to calculate it for you & pm you.

I can tell you my entire elect, water, sewer, garbage, etc. bill has never bee over $230 & I keep my thermostst at 62F due to constant power outages & I cannot tolerate heat. I get very sick in minutes.

Call Atlas & talk to them. Ask them for a certified contractor.

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, orange bell pepper, cut fresh Romano beans (flat green beans) and minced garlic. When done I added air-fried crispy tofu, sliced cremini mushrooms, red pepper flakes and a dollop of Miyoko’s butter. Served over red lentil rotini with a good helping of TJ’s vegan parmesan on top. Cheers! 🥂
