Breakfast Thursday 20 November 2025

irisblue asked me to fill in for her this morning. She is in the hospital. She said, it's okay to tell you that she is in a safe place, and her cats are okay as well. I know that the breakfast group will be hoping she has a speedy recovery, and gets better soon.

This morning I'm having black coffee ☕, with a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Think of Irisblue set up in her house with a cozy pot of hot tea to start the day. It is indeed distressing to think of her in the hospital instead of the usual peaceful beginning.

I'm considering a nap before eating.

We were up at six for the garbage truck backing down the lane. Its glaring flood lights atop the truck looked like a UFO coming in to land here.

toast, bacon, 2 fried eggs.....OJ....

6. Sunflower seed toast

Olive oil butter. Cherry preserves.

A couple tangelos.

8. Loretta picked up sunflower seeds at Aldi's. Now when I

have my salad in the evening, I sprinkle them on top. So good 👍

They also have pepitas! Even better!
