What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 3, 2025

Posting early due to working late.

Spaghetti squash with parmesan, Beyond sausage crumbles, and tomato sauce with herbs. I still have fresh basil going in pots indoors!

Cucumber salad with mascarpone and sour cream dressing; dill, red onion.

Kombucha: strawberry.

Dessert: white cake with cherries and light vanilla ice cream.

Later will have leftover pasta primevera, chicken sausage & salad with red wine vinegar.

Your squash sounds great.

Enjoy!

with the smoky heat of Mexican chipotle peppers. The result is a unique blend of spices and smokiness, served alongside a sweet, tangy tamarind chutney.

Yougurt marinade included.

Then filled it and roasted it.

I used to steam the spaghetti squash, but my daughter told me she roasts it, and I'll do that from now on

Enjoy your meals. (How can you not!?)

Whipped up a new whole wheat dough recipe and it turned out pretty good. Toppings were TJ’s pizza sauce and vegan mozzarella, sliced mushrooms, cut up Beyond Sausage, sliced red onion and sweet corn (yes sweet corn!). In the oven now and the kitchen smells great. Might have a glass of red wine tonight. Cheers!🥂
