Our beloved Irisblue had a bad fall yesterday morning, and asked if I could do her breakfast thread for the next couple days.

Black coffee, and leftover pizza warmed up in the air fryer.

1. I just emailed irisblue asking how she is doing after her fall.

The best leftovers pizza in the air fryer enjoy.
As for breakfast probably oatmeal with blueberries or possibly grits with eggs mixed in and bacon crumbles.

3. Wishing Irisblue a quick recovery from minor injuries

The dog pulled me down on Dec. 8th, nothing broken, but it sure takes time to get back to normal. This is a bad time of year to lose ground for any reason.

5. Black coffee is long gone

Quiet, cold and sunny morning here. Only disturbed by Ducky barking at a car going up the lane just before six. I think it was the woman who works at a food bank. Was he looking for food? Perhaps, but how could he know?

I'm having mini shredded wheat with banana, blueberries, and unsweetened almond milk.

Looks like my kitty, who is currently sans hat and coffee, but sprawled out on the other side of the bed on his rug.

Blueberries, ginger crystals, honey vanilla Greek yogurt.
