What's for Dinner, Wed., Jan.14, 2026

Tossed green salad using green ruffly and baby spinach. I made a new dressing from the Choi cookbook, Bang Bang Orange Viniagrette. It's spicy.

Slice of quiche, made with shrimp, ham, and spinach.

Kombucha: cherry lime.

Dessert: A chocolate from the Christmas selection the RG had sent to me from Italy.

5. Split Pea Vegetable Soup

Made a big pot this morning and can’t wait to dig in tonight. Besides the peas my version has celery, carrots, green pepper, cabbage, parsnips, mushrooms and garlic. Also having toasted multigrain bread. Cheers!🥂
