Later this morning I'm planning on loaded scrambled tofu, toast and a pot of tea, orange slices

1. Zucchini-carrot fritters

Turkey bacon.

Peach milkshake.

2. Black coffee ☕️, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Woke up with a stiff sore neck. Oh man, it hurts too. Icy hot is not helping. Maybe 2, 8 hour arthritis strength pain aspirin will help? I will soon find out.

3. Hot wet towels? Heating pad?

5. Great idea. I can heat up a rice bag in microwave,

and try that.

4. Brr - Coffee is ready

Clear and 12 degrees out.

Whole grain English muffin ready to toast after the first coffee is drunk.

No sign of the canine yet, but he will come out when he smells the toast.

Kodiak cakes with blueberries and Canadian maple syrup, soon.
